The Famous Old Julian Cafe and Bakery is one of the oldest and well known breakfast spots for all of San Diego County! We pride ourselves in making a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees all from scratch -- just the way Momma did! The Julian Cafe is open every day of the year except Christmas and on Christmas Day we sell pies and confections from our pie window -- just in case you find yourself with more visitors than desert. We are a family oriented resturant that likes to prepare meals the way Mama would! We serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, as well as special occasion feasts on Valentines, St.Patricks, and Easter! We are always cookin' up something special for ya!

We offer a wide variety of homemade entrees and baked goods that are available for dinning in or take out.

Discounts Offered

We offer many coupons and discounts. If you are a Julian resident we have a special 10% local discount card, if your a "regular" vsitor to Julian we offer a VIP card that accumulates points towards free food. If you are staying at KQ Ranch we have a 10% discount coupon in their guide, as well as the Julian Guide offers different coupons and promotions. The Julian Cafe is also AAA diamond approved and offer a 5% discount to AAA card holders.

Additional Information

The Julian Cafe is open every day of the year except Christmas. We are a family oriented resturant that likes to prepare meals the way Mama would! We serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, as well as special occasion feasts on Valentines, St.Patricks, and Easter! The Julian Cafe does not accept reservations so we suggest on especially busy days that you call and put your name on the waiting list. Breakfast is served until 11:30am, lunch until 4:00pm, and dinner until closing.
